In every company I've worked, I've seen piles of open-end survey responses gathering dust in Google Sheets and BI tools. Which is frustrating, because those open-ended responses usually contain the most valuable insights—especially for product and CX teams.

I made Open-End Analyzer to unlock that magic, and thought other people might want to use it too.

How it works

Your CSV is parsed in your browser using Papa Parse - your full file never gets uploaded. You select which column to analyze. Only that text column is sent to our server. Other columns stay in your browser.

Claude generates themes from your data. Gemini classifies responses. Export happens client-side - we send back tag assignments, your browser merges them with your original CSV locally.

Only your selected text column is stored on our server. Your full CSV and other columns never leave your browser.

Your data auto-deletes after 4 hours, on browser close, clicking "Analyze Another," or "Delete Data" buttons.
